Overview

You are in the process of trying to take sales tax credits on bad debt written off and request that the Collected Tax Report be turned on by Aurea. This is a tax report based on collected funds. You cannot see this report in the front end.

Solution

A tax report based on collected funds that you are looking for is the CCH Tax Report available on your CSR site.

A pre-requisite to access the CCH report is to have access to the client-specific CSR site.

You can access this report using these steps:

1. Log in to the CSR site.
2. Navigate to the menu Report Menu -> Accounting -> CCH Tax report
3. To generate the report, fill in the fields on the screen CCH Tax report and click on the List option. 
   Depending on the selected Report Type option, the resultant list displays the columns or fields populated with relevant data.
    For example, for the Report Type Accrual Based with Geocodes Breakdown, the displayed columns in the report are Location Code, Description, Geocode, City, County, Taxable Amount, Calculated Rate, Amount. 
   
   

In case you are looking for enhancements to this existing report, please be informed that you would need to reach out to your Account Manager directly via email to discuss further. You can share your requirements (additional columns or a detailed report on the customer level ) with your manager and these would be addressed by the Professional Services team through an SOW.
