Information

The "PREM" rate code is tied to the customer level rate. This rate code is generated during customer account creation using account number and adding prefix PREM. For example, for an account xxxx754404, the rate code generated is PREM_754404, and for another account xxxx647868, the rate code generated is PREM_647868.
An active account will show the rate code, instead of a product, when there is no active product on the account.
