Overview
You want to replace contact information for a user (perhaps the user is no longer with your company) so that any emails (notices, reports) would go to a new user. You also want the old email address to be removed from the recipient mailing list.
Solution
Please create a support ticket including the following details:
- User details like the first name and last name for previous and new users
- User email for previous and new users
Please specify if you want the previous user to be deactivated.
We will add the new user to the recipient mailing list for emails (notices, reports) remove the old email and deactivate the previous/old user. We will inform you once done.

Pre-requisite
- Admin access to the client-specific CSR site
1. Deactivate the mentioned previous/old user from the client-specific CSR site using these steps.
- Login to the client-specific CSR site.
Search for the given user by typing name (first name last name) in the field customer name. - Navigate to Administration Menu -> Security -> User Setup.
- Under User Setup, enter the given last name and search.
- In the resultant information, click on the hyperlink in the Last Name to display the User Detail screen.
- On this User Detail screen, a checkbox "Account is Disabled" should be displayed.
- Check this box and click on Save. The user account will be disabled.
2. Create an AESCIS Jira ticket of Type Eng. Problem with all the user details received from the client.
Each client-specific CSR site has different reports available, however, there may be few reports which are generated by the SQL reporting engine and sent to Clients. Agents do not have access to reporting engine, so, it is required to route the request to the Engineering team for a change in the mailing list or recipients of emails (notices, reports).
Once the team confirms that the email has been added/updated, inform the client.
Testing
The deactivated user can be verified on the CSR site.
- Login to the client-specific CSR site.
Search for the given user by typing name (first name last name) in the field customer name. - Navigate to Administration Menu -> Security -> User Setup.
- Under User Setup, enter the given Last Name, select "Status" as Inactive and search.
The deactivated user will be displayed in the resultant search.
