Deposits Tab Displaying "No data to display"

Overview

The Deposits tab on the CSR website may show "No data to display" for a few customers to some of your users. This also hinders being able to configure a bypass for the deposit during enrollment.

 

Information

The error message mentioned above is visible when there is a deposit requirement, which is decided by the customer's credit score. Although this error message does inform that there is no deposit requirement but the deposit details can be seen if the user account seeing the tab has the correct rights assigned to their user account.

In case you, or any other user, can't see the deposit information for the customer and only see the error message shown above, then create a support ticket mentioning the name or email address of the user who is seeing the error message and the issue will be fixed.

The clients need to be able to see the deposit information in the Deposits tab to waive any deposit requirements for enrollment, and if they are not able to then it might be due to the client's account not having adequate rights. This is an activity done for Stream only.

On the client's CSR website, navigate to Administration Menu > Security > User Setup and search for the user with the provided information and add the Operations Analyst (OA) group to the user account if it is not already added.

Once the data under the "enrollment deposits" section is available, the client will also be able to bypass the deposit for enrollment themselves.
