Overview

The Reconciliation report is available through the Report Menu > Accounting > Payments > [Your organization's reconciliation report].

Solution

If you're unable to view the report at the location mentioned above, then please check that you have selected the correct organization.

Testing

Once you've selected the correct organization, the report should be visible.
