Overview

When creating a rate product, you want to associate it with a rate package for that product but are unable to search or find the associated rate package.

Solution

Verify that the rate package that is being searched for has already been created. If the rate package is not created, it won't be available in the database, and hence, wouldn't come up in search results.

So, the rate package can be created by following the steps in the Create Rate Package section of the AES | Product and Rate Package Setup process article.
